Expert guidance will help you navigate the complexities of commercial, project, and budgetary requirements. As you progress, you will develop critical skills in structuring Statements of Work and assessing commercial risks, culminating in a client pitch presentation that synthesizes your learning.

This programme promises a profound and transformative experience, preparing participants to excel in the dynamic field of management consulting.

Day 1:  Laying the Foundation

Our programme begins with an introduction and networking session, designed to foster connections and facilitate team-building exercises. Participants will then embark on the challenge of establishing their own consultancy firms, strategically positioning them in the market. Expert guidance will be provided on effective market entry and service promotion strategies.

Day 2:  Mastering Client Acquisition

Day 2 delves into the art of acquiring and analysing client bids. Participants will be introduced to robust frameworks for customer profiling, proposal structuring, and service positioning to meet client needs. This session covers essential commercial, project, and budgetary requirements, providing practical experience through real client bid scenarios.

Day 3:  Navigating Commercial Risks

Participants will learn to meticulously structure a Statement of Work and identify and assess the commercial risks associated with projects. Building on knowledge from previous sessions, they will receive a client bid to work on, which will culminate in a delivery on Day 5.

Day 4:  Preparation and Refinement

Preparation is paramount on Day 4. With the guidance of seasoned management consultants, participants will refine their presentations, honing their consultancy pitches to perfection for the client presentation on the final day.

Day 5:  The Grand Finale

The program culminates in a series of presentations from each consultancy firm. Facilitators will provide constructive feedback, fostering a learning environment. The week concludes with a networking event, offering participants the opportunity to reflect on their experiences and connect with peers and experts.
