Victoria Collier

Victoria Collier previously held the position of Vice President of Strategic Consulting, at Inoapps.  She has an extensive career within the public sector especially and after being a portfolio manager very early on, she joined and worked at the company Methods, the UK’s leading independent transformation partner for public services.  Here, she began as an Associate and progressed to the position of Head of Technology Services and rose to a Managing Director of Methods Enterprise. 

Victoria undertook the position of Global Head of Change at Inoapps and where she moved into the position of VP of Strategic Enterprise Consulting.  Her work involves the actualisation of both, emergent practice and achievement of the wider deliberate corporate strategy.  She overseed a team of approximately 50 employees each with an array of expertise, all of whom deliver a market leading business transformation value proposition to clients across EMEA and APAC.

Victoria is the Managing Partner at 6 Sided Dice, where she leverages her extensive expertise in business development and transformation to advise clients across various industries. She specialises in guiding organisations toward operational excellence by strategically integrating cutting-edge technology.

She has previously studied in the field of psychology and is currently completing her studies at Cambridge Judge Business School. Victoria is a guest speaker on the Essex MBA programme, where she shares with future leaders, her extensive industry insights on the Consulting and Project Management workshop, featured on the programme.
