Holly Bui is a versatile and strategically focused management consultant and senior research officer with over eight years of experience in organisational research, management consulting, and business development. She has a proven track record of driving transformative change, building strategic partnerships, and fostering innovation across various industries, social organisations, and universities in Asia, Europe, and the UK.
Currently serving as a Senior Research Officer at Essex Business School, Holly specialises in digitisation and organisational learning. She developed a comprehensive management development manual, "Transforming Through Digitization," and a strategic roadmap for SMEs in partnership with Innovate UK. Additionally, she designs frameworks for managing digitization and leads initiatives such as the "Scaling Digitization in SMEs" symposium.
Holly is also a Senior Management Consultant at 6 Sided Dice, where she collaborates on leadership and consulting programmes aimed at sustainable growth, strategic transformation, and impact measurement. Her role includes designing strategic development plans, preparing client proposals, and leveraging data analysis to inform decision-making.
Previously, Holly has held leadership roles in Vietnam, including Head of Student Development and Corporate Relations at Vatel Business School, where she established partnerships with hospitality industry leaders and achieved a 45% growth in new partners.
