Melissa Treen

Melissa Treen is a highly accomplished Management Consultant who has delivered serveral successful organisational change and transformation projects. Her experience is varied, having worked with clients from both, the public and private sector.

Melissa is also highly qualified, having completed her BA in Theology, MSc in Human Resource Management and Consulting, a MRes (Masters in Research). She is currently pursuing her PhD in Knowledge Management where her thesis focus is on information and knowledge sharing within and across professional service firms.

She is currently a guest speaker on the Essex MBA programme where she shares her insights on Data and Analytics involving qualitative and quantitative methods for business. Melissa coaches future leaders on how to analyse business performance using a range of scientific approaches within the field of management and deliver data-driven recommendations as to the actions organisations can take to address thier most pressing issues and challenges.
