His specialties include business transformation, AI implementation, and Oracle ERP and Cloud solutions. He has a proven ability to help organisations across diverse sectors—such as construction, local government, oil and gas, retail, and aviation—adapt to evolving technologies and achieve operational excellence.

Samir began his career at Sainsbury’s plc, where he successfully engaged stakeholders at all levels to drive and embed organisational change. He further refined his skills at Tällt Ventures, advising clients on leveraging big data to develop sustainable and innovative business strategies.

During his tenure at Inoapps, Samir played a crucial role in establishing and expanding the change management practice. He led numerous complex multinational programmes, overseeing and managing large networks of stakeholders (250 change agents) to execute large-scale transformations for clients across EMEA and America. Later, at Namos Solutions, Samir collaborated closely with the VP and COO to shape and deliver strategic transformation programmes for a diverse client portfolio spanning the UK.

Most recently, Samir served as an AI Transformation & Change Consultant at Sprint Reply, where he spearheaded successful AI transformation initiatives for high-profile clients, including easyJet. In these roles, he mentors future leaders on managing complex organizational change and transformation initiatives. He is also pursuing a Doctorate in Strategy and Organizational Transformation, with a research focus on Emotional Sensemaking (how individuals interpret emotional experiences during change), Identity (how emotions relate to personal and professional identity), and Identity-Work (how identity influences approaches to managing change).
